Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to advisory engagements with Centurion Apollo Consulting LLC(“Centurion Apollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Fit and confirmation

Engagements may be reserved directly through secure checkout. We work to confirm fit at the outset of every engagement, and for larger or sensitive mandates we may recommend a short confirmation call before work begins. If, before substantial work has been performed, we jointly determine that the engagement you booked is not the right fit, we will redirect you to a more suitable engagement or refund the fee for the unperformed portion.

How refunds are handled

Because our work is bespoke professional advisory service, fees are generally considered earned as the work is performed. Refund requests are evaluated individually, on a case-by-case basis, at Centurion Apollo’s sole discretion. When we review a request, we consider factors such as:

• How much of the engagement has been delivered or scheduled.
• Costs and capacity we have already committed to your engagement.
• The specific terms set out in your Engagement Agreement.
• The circumstances of the request.

Deposits

Where an engagement requires a deposit, the deposit secures our capacity and scheduling for your engagement and may be non-refundable, as specified in your Engagement Agreement.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an engagement at any time by emailing us. If you cancel, any refund (if granted) will be determined as described above, taking into account work already performed and commitments already made. We may also end an engagement where required information or cooperation is not provided, or where continuing would be impractical; in that case we will discuss a fair resolution with you.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us does not change the terms of your Engagement Agreement.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email corporate@centurionapollo.com with your name, the engagement details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will communicate any decision in writing.
